To achieve its tender texture, we hand-rub this white meat turkey breast in our special herbs and spices to accentuate the natural flavor of the bird, then slow-cook it for five hours in our authentic BBQ pit with indirect heat so it doesn't dry out.

Thaw in refrigerator 12-24 hours before heating.
Conventional oven:
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Remove turkey breast from plastic and wrap in foil
- Add ¼ cup of water before pinching foil tightly closed
- Place in shallow baking pan and heat for 40-50 minutes or until internal temperature is 150°F
Stubb's Smoked Turkey Breast will have a pink color due to the natural smoking and curing processes and does not indicate an undercooked product.
