A sweet and savory Asian blend of rich soy sauce, cane sugar, sesame seeds and cayenne pepper.
Instructions: Place your favorite cut of chicken or beef inside a plastic zip top bag or bowl. Shake the marinade thoroughly and pour enough into the bag or bowl to cover your meat completely. Cover bowl or close zip top bag. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight for richer flavor.
A Little Something Extra: This marinade is also great as a sauce for dipping wings or chicken strips.
