- 2 salmon filets
- 2 teaspoon Chicken Spice Rub
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon Menage A Trois Chardonnay
- Aluminum foil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Prepare the grill for medium heat, direct grilling.
- 2 Place each salmon filet on a square 12” piece of foil. Pull the foil up on all sides to create a bowl around the fish. Top each salmon filet with 1 teaspoon Chicken Spice Rub, 1 tablespoon butter, ½ tablespoon lemon juice and 2 tablespoons chardonnay. Seal the foil packet by folding the top over twice and then sealing the sides, leaving space for steam expansion.
- 3 Grill over medium heat for 12 minutes. Carefully fold the foil back after cooking to allow the steam to escape.
